… are momentarily strongly discussed topics in all media. It is considered, similarly the Australian model, to permit only energy-savings lamps. The discussion about fuel-saving cars lasts for a long time and energy saving houses will become strongly promoted. How does it look however in the companies with such „peanuts “? Does someone think here about expensive compressed air manufactured with large energy expenditure? Many dosing techniques do net get along, once apart from necessary supply, without compressed air. With each dosage a dosing system blows literally valuable energy energy into air. Therefore it is important to us to manufacture energy-friendly dosing technology which is propelled electrically with small power. Likewise pneumatically operated scoop piston pumps are true energy annihilator, still in addition if you consider the high pressures as well as those approx. 20% losses with each stroke. Also electrically operated systems are clearly pollution free here. By the way: Also compressed air is produced for the majority with electrically operated turbos compressor - transformation losses included. Please give us short feedback with your opinion.

As already mentioned in the last article, we offer gladly presentations for workshops, training courses, events etc. Our next presentation will be with ofi in Vienna. ofi is one of the largest test and research institutes for chemistry and technology in Austria. Among numerous seminars ofi also train as European Adhesive Engineer (EAE), European Adhesive Bonder (EAB) as well as as European Adhesive specialist (EAS). For us the latter, the EAS training, which conveys the quality relevant knowledge demanded for the adhesion method arranges as a surpervisor to the participants, is current. ViscoTec contributes one day during the 3-week-training course with a , in order to illustrate the topic practically to the participants. This training course is running since Febr 19th and still lasts up to March 23rd.
Flyer European Adhesive Specialist (EAS)
In autumn we will also contribute actively the training course European Adhesive Engineer (EAE). This training course is more extensive and consists of 8 modules (8 weeks).

Ever more frequently institutions of education such as universities or institutes or companies would like to make a request for presentations by us. Gladly we follow these inquiries naturally. It does not play a role for our advisers from the management and the field service whether a company presentation with conception of our products or a general overview of the dosing technology is desired. We would be pleased to become active here. Just write us if it is in your interest.

This year is for ViscoTec a completely special year: ViscoTec becomes 10 years old on June 26th! At present the preparations for the large birthday celebration run, because not only ViscoTec celebrates birthday, but also the mother company Resch Mechanical Engineering (50 years) and the sister company Power Heat Set (5 years). If that is not a reason for celebrating. To this cause we are hard-working on an anniversary newspaper. Whereupon you can be already strained…

The constant decline in the birthrate nowadays resounds throughout all land. ViscoTec doesn`t pass this problem and is therefore anxious to contribute even if it is little. Who means, only large companies would offer family-friendly structures and benefits, thinks wrongly. ViscoTec would like to accommodate its employees a bit and takes over therefore the costs of a Kindergarden as a voluntary, social benefit. Our coworkers with small children can be pleased about it. Thank you ViscoTec!
